For all(or most) of the negative reviews about this place, I would recommend bringing someone along with you that is mechanically inclined or simply thoroughly looking the vehicle over from top to bottom and taking a long test drive as I did. Also getting a Carfax report is a must for me when buying a used car. Sure there are things that can happen months down the road that you can’t detect or foresee when you test drive a vehicle. But for the most part I had a very positive experience with this place. Bought a 2009 Volkswagen Tiguan with over 100k so there were things I knew might go out at some point because of it being a higher mileage vehicle. Test drove the vehicle and it checked out fine for a 14 year old car. The alternator went out about a year or less later and the plugs and ignition coils started to fail sometime after that. Stuff that is expected to go bad with that many miles. Overall I had a pretty good experience with Go Auto, was treated with respect by Joe and would give them a try again if I’m ever in the market for another car.

We just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe for my daughter. Joe had no problem with us taking it for a pre-purchase inspection. The price for the vehicle was fair and I did not find anything they may have tried to hide. We had a great experience with Go Auto and Joe, the transaction went smooth and a 3 month, 3000 mile, nationwide vehicle warranty was included. Not a used car dealer standard. Thank you.
