What a greaat car buying experience at Kings Toyota! My wife and I bought a 2024 Highlander XSE. Sam could not be more helpful or smart. My wife and I bought 2 cars from Sam .We were so impressed with his patience and knowledge of every car we looked at.. He took the time with us and helped us set up the navigation in our Highlander XSE, and answered every question we threw at him with ZERO hesitation. I had a wonderful experience at Kings Toyota from the start. I was welcomed in to the showroom when I walked in. Nick, my salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the SUV. He worked with me and his manager to get me a fair deal and a decent trade in value for my vehicle. Seth in financing was also very nice and explained the papers I was signing. The GM also got involved and took time with my deal. I would definitely recommend the dealership and ease of buying a vehicle with Kings to my family and friends. They went above and beyond.

Initially, I was apprehensive when I went to look at cars at Kings Toyota because of how judgmental and pushy car salesman have been in the past. It was a relief when I came across Sam Onyango. He found me across the show room and was very honest and attentive from the start. I went back several times to learn more details about certain cars. Brett was also a very helpful sales person. In less than 2 weeks, Sam found the car that I wanted, color and all, and had it brought to Kings Toyota. I completed all of the paperwork and received a pretty good deal on the vehicle within this 2 week period. I definitely recommend trying to negotiate a price that is lower than the sticker MSRP price. Of the Cincinnati area Toyota dealerships that I went to (I went to 3 others), my experience at Kings was the best because of Sam.
