I had an amazing car buying experience this week on the used car side. Needed a car for my daughter and Arturo helped us find it. We were there with my two month old granddaughter so Mike, the used car manager jumped in to help as well and got us over to Emily in finance in record time! All three of them are incredible! We were out of there, start to finish in two hours. Will be buying from them again. Thank you all!

I was pretty nervous to step back into a dealership after my bad experience at Tim Dahle. I went in serious & quiet while my boyfriend asked most of the questions. I ended up leaving with a huge smile & a car. My experience was so delightful that I even brought in some donuts because of how nice everyone was. Zach was my sales guy. This guy is both funny and awesome! He managed to find the right car for me even though I didn’t give him much to go off of. He was really friendly. He was happy to answer every question that was given to him. We didn’t purchase a car the first night we popped in. So we got to interact with Zach four other times while I made up my mind. Every time that we met up with Zach, he had a happy & positive attitude. He was always glad to pull cars up at night & again during the day for us to look at & test out. I appreciate his patience with us while we took time to deliberate things. He was nice enough to follow up with us but wasn’t rude. We definitely made sure that he got his steps in when we went in to talk numbers. We had him running back & forth between his desk & his sales manager, Alex, and Zach never seemed bothered to do so. I gotta tell you, my boyfriend had all of the complicated questions. Questions that were beyond Zach’s pay grade. So when I say we had Zach running back & forth, we really did. Alex was pretty awesome too! He invited my boyfriend over to his desk to look over some numbers on his computer screen. He answered all of the remaining questions that my boyfriend had. When it came to making an offer, Alex can over and made a counteroffer. We did a counter offer & we reached an agreement. I really mean it when I say that I appreciate that Alex took the time to come over after hearing our first offer & negotiating with us. That action alone made me feel appreciated. In the beginning, I mentioned being nervous about going back into a dealership. That was because the week prior, we had gone to the Tim Dahle Mazda in SLC. The sales manager there decided to abandon us at the table after we made an offer. We watched him sit at his computer desk in his office & never came back out. So I really appreciate Alex. Even though my interaction wasn’t that extensive with him, I could tell that he’s a pretty easy going & friendly guy. The person I interacted even less with was Joe. He came out to chat with us during our last visit to the dealership. He made sure to provide us with friendly conversation while Zach made his way out to us. He congratulated me after we purchased the car & he was so excited when he saw me with donuts for the staff the next day. Emily was fantastic to work with as well! She was just as friendly as everyone else! She was so patient with us while we read through each piece of paper we had to sign. She took the time to explain things that we didn’t understand & answered all the questions that we could think of. She’s also got the cutest dogs! There was one more guy that helped us out. I forgot his name but I believe he was the accessories guy. We went over some window tint options & he was both patient & friendly enough to show us the different tint options. Honestly, everyone here was really friendly. They have a good team of helpful & friendly people. I’m really glad that I purchased a car from this dealership. The car that I got is amazing. They really did provide the car at a good price even before we negotiated with them. They did have it competitively priced compared to the other cars in the area. We did our research and found out that they did indeed have the best deal in the immediate area. I’ve had the car for a week now. It’s been great! I haven’t had any problems with it at all. Everything works perfectly! Thank you everyone for giving me the best experience after the Tim Dahle debacle. I really appreciate it a lot. I look forward to servicing my car at this dealership in the future.

If I could give this place a 10 star review I WOULD!!! Trevor was amazing! He helped us get our brand new Toyota 4Runner TRD Off-Road, he was so kind and he was always willing to help us!! 10/5 stars! It went above and beyond my expectations!
