I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 because I was enduring some title issues. I recently had a difficult time receiving my title when I bought my car here, it did take a long time, 9 months to receive it. But that doesn’t take away from their customer service. They have a professional staff that handles matters with the utmost professionalism despite me giving them a hard time about my title. Stevie and Manny were really helpful when it came to making sure I qualified for a car when my credit wasn’t the best. Also Chris was kind enough to help me fix my car when I had gotten into an accident. Great guys over at Direct motor sport.

I was so nervous with buying a vehicle, but the team at Direct made this such a easy process! Mel was amazing with walking me through the steps to purchasing. I’m super grateful for the help they extended with making sure I got a quality car today!
