A year ago I needed a new vehicle, so I went to American Auto Company. It took a little longer than I expected, however that wasn't because of them not trying to help. I finally was able to get the Chevy Transverse, which is the one I wanted. They worked on getting the lowest finance rate as possible and I was able to trade my old vehicle in, drove away that day happy! I have had no major concerns with my car which includes getting my tittle, and still as happy as I was the day I got the car. Even after a year, I want to say thank you to American Auto Company for the great service you provided for me.

I have only had my vehicle a little less than 24 hours, but I have to share my experience. Due to life issues and events, I am working to clean up my credit and raise my credit score. I had to find a vehicle with less expensive payments. Jen worked hard to find a lender as well as a payment that is literally about one fourth of what I was paying. I know that the car will need work in the future, as all used cars do. I went into this with an open mind and a realistic outlook, as cars - especially older cars - need maintenance and work. I can NOT thank Jen enough!
