Thank you Trent and Brenda for the smooth process on Thursday. I called Monday and was already approved for a vehicle. When I got there I was indecisive because it didn't have certain amenities that I wanted. Found another vehicle that I really liked and the payments were even less!!! Trent was patient with me as I struggled to make a decision and Brenda was amazing and I was only in her office 10 minutes and out the door. It's a great feeling to be in the Jeep family again and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a bit of a drive but the process was nearly painless for me. Thank you guys . I wanted to say Laura Morales in finance was the best finance manager I have worked with at a dealership. She was professional, honest, and transparent . I felt comfortable the entire time without feeling pressured or taking advantage off . I am out of Houston and took a while to get out of there because the was I was treated I will be back to work with them . I’m glad I made the way out . One other employee to ask for was my sales person LJ . He drove 70 miles to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership . And stayed with me through the whole Process . Ask for him he was very transparent and a really good guy . I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt it was the right thing to do . He should be recognized for his character . You guys have a special person working for you .
