I had such a good experience with omar at A&O Auto Plaza. His salesman was wonderful to work with. He had the vehicle we were there for ready to go, and he had a smile on his face the entire time. So wonderful to work with! Omar was there for us right from the start. We purchased a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT. We have a large family so we need all the seats we can get! One thing that is very important to us is customer service. So around 2 weeks after we purchased it we were taking a family vacation to Brandon Missouri. Unfortunately the torque converter blew a seal and we broke down about half way there. I have to admit, we were worried about what we bought ourselves into. First thing we did was call Omar, and right away he was very helpful. We had it towed directly back to his shop. He serviced the transmission and replaced the torque converter for us and did it all for free under warranty. Then 2 weeks later we attempted another Branson trip and made it all the way there, but when we parked we noticed that it was leaking transmission fluid from the other side of the bell housing. This time we were able to limp it along and successfully got around Branson and, made it all the way home. Thank you Jesus! I called Omar and as this purchase was under his good name he treated us like royalty. This time he replaced the entire transmission. So when we got it back after a couple short weeks we had 2 months left on our warranty with Omar and now a new transmission with an additional 3 year warranty! We haven't had a problem since! Omar stands behind his word and will go above and beyond whatever it takes to satisfy you! Even more, he said I can bring it back for servicing, and maintenance. I give 5 Stars! I highly recommend Omar with A&O Auto Plaza!!!

Good and professional mechanic, especially American cars. He is very experienced with American cars. Also, he can get you parts cheaper, because he has accounts as a mechanic shop with dealerships and car part stores. He charges low money for labor compare to other mechanic shops.
