Having worked for numerous dealerships in the past, I can say that this store is the best dealership I’ve visited or done business with (or even worked for!) The salesman Chris was wonderful, Richard (owner) was absolutely phenomenal. They 110% went above and beyond. I’ve never felt so good about a vehicle purchase. I will absolutely return to them for future vehicle needs and would send anyone to see them. Beyond pleased!

It was such a pleasure buying my 2022 BMW X3 xDrive30i from here. I felt like Richard was extremely fair to me in his pricing. I laid out for them what price I was looking for, and he adjusted it to fit my budget. It was all straight-forward, no hidden fees like other dealers sometimes do. He literally handed me the paper with his out-the-door price and said, “Shop me. I doubt anyone will even come close.” He was very, very right. I was back that afternoon. Chris and Jeremy were so nice as well. Jeremy helped me out, answered my questions, and even coached me through my trade-in and financing. Ramsey helped me with my final paperwork. When we both noticed that the extended warranty I bought actually overlapped with the new car warranty already on the vehicle, Ramsey immediately talked to Richard and they decided that the extended warranty made no sense and cancelled that order for me. They gave me advice on how to get a warranty on my car when my current one runs out. Again, just honest business that was so refreshing. They also figured out that my warranty on my trade-in can be cancelled and refunded, and they coached me through how to do that, which will probably save me $1200-ish. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Seriously, couldn’t recommend them enough. Thanks guys!!!

I had an excellent experience at Craig and Landreth Clarksville! Amazing cars at even better prices! The staff is not only super helpful, they are friendly and caring and not once did I feel like they were trying to sell to me. I felt like they genuinely wanted what was best for me and wanted me to drive home in my dream car and not settle for anything less! Craig and Landreth pride themselves on being a Family and I definitely felt that while being there! By far, best car buying experience I have ever had!

From the start to the finish, the buying process here was flawless. Keep in mind: We did this whole process over the telephone! I was in WV, they were in IN. So, my dream was to get a ZL1 Camaro. This dealership had the perfect one available. Bill and Richard answered my novel’s worth of questions and never once got impatient with me. They gave me a fair price on my trade-in and allowed me to negotiate a few things in our deal. Yes Interest rates suck, but Richard found me a better rate than anyone in West Virginia could at the time. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles in my life, and usually I’m left feeling like I got screwed over. That wasn’t the case with Craig & Landreth. They treated me fairly and kindly from the start. They went above and beyond, and even corrected my mistakes. They sent me a spare key fob and my garage door opener I accidentally left in my trade-in car. They didn’t have to do all that, but that’s just the type of people they are. I’m enjoying my new ZL1 Camaro, and I hope to one day make the drive from WV to Craig & Landreth in Clarksville, IN to meet both Bill and Richard in person to shake their hands. God bless you guys!
