My wife and I just purchased a Grand Highlander from A1 Toyota and the process was far from the dreaded stereotype of the pressure cooker experience showrooms used to be. A1 is haggle free meaning the price listed for sale is the lowest price they will sell a vehicle for. That policy made me choose A1 a second time in five years to purchase a new vehicle. Our salesman Owais made the purchasing experience unexpectedly pleasant with his disarming warmth and sincerity. Three months ago he joined the sales team which was surprising to learn since he was so knowledgeable about the products. To his credit he did not hesitate to seek out an answer from a colleague in those few instances when he did not. His sole mission was to link us the vehicle we wanted and he did. I also have to mention Josh in Financing who made his part of the process easy to comprehend along with some interesting conversation to help pass the time. I wholeheartedly recommend buying a vehicle from the team at A1.

Great experience. Owais is great to deal with, definitely glad we got him as our sales associate. Honest and caring and took time to walk us through everything. Walked us around the dealership and explained where everything is. Knowledgeable and friendly, definitely will come back and buy a car with Owais again.

Let me start by saying, I HATE car dealerships! I went to A1 today. After taking my name and having me take a seat, I was warmly greeted by Sami. He did the expected, and asked what I was looking for. He showed me my options, talked about pricing UPFRONT, and took me test out a few cars. The absolute best part was when I told him I wasn’t ready to make a decision today, he said no problem and gave me his business card for when I was ready. This interaction will definitely refer people to this dealership.
