I bought a car this week and it was completely painless all thanks to Bill Tierney! He was always fast with responding to texts, answered every phone call, and did an amazing job of keeping me updated through the entire process. As a younger female I was told not to walk into a dealership without my Dad there to help me or else I’d get screwed. From the second I walked into 495 I was greeted with nothing but kindness. Bill even went as far as recommending me to the car insurance company he uses and I was able to get an amazing deal on car insurance! Genuinely so so happy with how everything worked out. If you’re coming to 495 to buy a car I highly recommend you ask for Bill, it was an absolutely pleasure doing business with him. Thank you again Bill!!

Ray was very helpful in getting my oil change and tire rotation done quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and even pulled my car around for me when it was completed. In the meantime, the waiting room was a really nice space to get some work done. Overall, I had a great, easy experience with the 495 service department. Thank you!

A couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Sean bouley at the 495 Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Lowell Mass. I can't express deeply enough this young gentleman's work ethic professionalism in his demeanor for his job he is the service advisor which he does his job not only to the best of his ability but 120% every day. I've been involved with car dealerships before my life never have I met a young gentleman with his charisma he not only took care of my problem fixed my vehicle passed my expectations but did so very professionally. He called me every step of the way and let me know where my vehicle was in the process of its repairs. I highly recommend this dealership for any Chrysler Jeep or Dodge repairs located at 732 Rogers Street in Lowell Mass. If you're driving one of their products do not hesitate to go into this dealership for repairs. In my opinion the owner of the dealership should value this young man and give him a week off with pay great job Sean and I was proud to meet you. I also have to mention Ray Arocho the service manager, He is a true gentleman's gentleman and that being said I totally believe he goes above and beyond the call of duty everyday with anything he is involved with.
