I’ve had the best experience purchasing my 2015 Audi A8 from A&M Auto Group. This was an out of state purchase since I live in Des Moines, IA so everyone understood how important it was for me to get all the info and pictures I was looking for. Tar answered the phone when I first called and was on top of things. He FaceTimed me once he was by the vehicle and pointed out every little flaw it may have. Also thank you to Mid and Alin and Mid's wife Azra it was a very easy process. They are more than fair and even took it in for me to an Audi Dealership in Wilsonville as I requested since their local Audi Dealer doesn’t do pre buying inspections. Mid took time out of his day and drove it about an hour away so I could get reassured that everything works properly and that there were no issues with it. Huge props and much respect to everyone who has helped me and thanks again to Alin for picking me up from the airport and helping me with my minor registration issue once I received my title to get it registered, it literally took him 5 min to send me the letter I was looking for. Rest assured they have gained a customer for life and I would recommend anyone to go out there if they’re planning on purchasing a vehicle from them it’s well worth. They also keep all of their vehicles locked up in their wear house and one is just as clean as the other. Thanks again to the whole team!

My family is Lithia Motors. I also sold cars for almost a decade at one of our Lithia dealerships. This was my first experience outside of a Lithia store. Tariq picked me up from the airport, got me in and out in less than 10 minutes, and was awesome to work with. I would buy from him again and would also send more customers his way. I’ve been looking for a quicksand TRD Pro for YEARS, and he made that dream become a reality. Tariq, you’re a good dude and should be proud of everything you’ve accomplished. My girlfriend and I drove to Portland from Boise ID to get this truck. The owner, Mid was very polite and personable. He was not pushy at all. He showed us around and talked to us for a bit. We took the truck for a drive and loved it, so we bought it. A few days after getting it home it threw an engine code. We took it to Toyota and apparently it was having issues in the emissions system. Toyota quoted us $4000 to fix it. Not long after getting that news Mid checked in with me on the truck regarding the DEQ tests to get it registered. After telling him what was going on he offered to take care of the truck. He was going to have someone come to my house to pick it up, take it back to Portland, fix it, and send it back at no cost to me. That's pretty incredible service from a dealer who stands by his vehicles. Thanks guys! We appreciate your help!

I had been eyeballing a beautiful 2023 Subaru Crosstrek since the day it was posted, I had been a bit busy with work and kept telling myself if it is still there and I get a chance to go take a look at it, I shall. Once I got there the owner, Mid welcomed us in and from the moment I entered A&M, they had an environment that felt extremely welcoming. Mid introduced the Crosstrek I had ventured for and it was even better than the post I had seen online. Never thought I could have such a great experience at a car dealership!! Tar was excellent to work with and I definitely recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to pay him a visit.
