Sales Rep: Tricia Davies - she gets **5 STARS** all around. Tricia was super friendly, communicative, and very easy to work with. She was the most professional and best sales rep I've ever dealt with when it comes to cars. Finally, a good car sales(wo)man! The dealer as a whole and purchase process however gets 3 to 4 stars: I bought a vehicle from out-of-state and the process was painstakingly slow. Not sure if this was a southern pace thing (no disrespect), but the process took 2.5 months from initial contact to title delivery. Included in this was a 3 week CDK hack delay. The dealership wanted to verify my identity through a notary which took 3 weeks alone - and was not flexible in verifying my identity through other means. The dealer took 2+ weeks to send the title after delivery, which delayed insurance and registration - this part was unacceptable. The dealership was professional, answered emails (but was not proactive enough in its updates).

I have been searching for an LS600hl for some time, but every time I located on online, someone beat me to it. I found a beautiful “gently used” one at Lexus of Tulsa, and called to speak with a sales representative. I live in Georgia so being able to trust the dealer was important to me in buying a vehicle without seeing it in person. I am a longtime Lexus owner, having had several over the years, and have found that team members at Lexus dealerships are generally excellent with customer service.- and lucky for me, Cody proved this to be true. Even though they were super busy, Cody made time to go and do a FaceTime video with me so that I could see the car, look at all of the options, and he even drove around so I could hear and see the car in motion. Cody was responsive, communicated very well, and made the purchase easy for me. He and Cierra took care of all of the paperwork and arranged to have the car shipped to me. The 600hL arrived by carrier later the same week and was exactly what I wanted. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced in buying a car. Would highly recommend Cody, Cierra, and Lexus of Tulsa.

Great experience. Van really took care of me, picked me up from the airport and had my new Lexus ready to go. Great salesman. Joel was excellent and quick with the paperwork and getting me on the road back to Texas. Great service and experience all around.
