It's never a good day when your car breaks down on the Zakim Bridge....but the experience I had at Albrecht following that day was nothing short of amazing. From Carlos in service to our salesman Jack and even Randy, the experience we had after such a bummer of a day gave me faith again that things happen for a reason. I was greeted by Mia Hitchcock moments after I arrived and was poking around the lot. My interest spanned across two different models and rather than push me towards the model that had the bigger price tag, Mia helped me determine which model would be the best fit for my needs. The process from start to finish was incredibly painless. All of my questions and concerns were answered with full transparency and without argument. My grandfather recently purchased a new Buick from Mia. She was kind, helpful and made the car buying process very easy and enjoyable. He did go back a couple weeks later to ask some questions on the cars technology and Elliot Williams stepped right in to help him out. Elliot was very knowledgeable with all of the cars equipment. He was patient and kind walking my grandfather though the vehicle, answering all the questions he had.
