I went into this dealership looking for a car with specific features. I let my salesman, Tim, know and he was on Go! He showed me a Honda accord and I instantly fell in love with it. It had all of the features that I was looking for and more!! I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the monthly payments. If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Tim ! He goes above and beyond you’ll for sure leave with a smile on ur face :)

First service appointment at Hilton Head Honda. I had heard good things about the service department and was not disappointed. John Moran was courteous and professional and answered my questions. The wait was comfortable and not long.

Going forward, this is the only place I will visit to purchase or lease a Honda vehicle! Extremely professional and laid back. No pressure. I worked with Jerome in New Car Sales and if you go, please ask for him. This was the best buying experience I've ever had with a car dealership and it was all because of Jerome. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond! I also worked with Sue in Customer Service. She is very kind and made us feed comfortable. If you see her, make sure she shows you a photo of her fur baby. Please, please, please....don't go anywhere else. This dealership is the BEST!!! You will not be disappointed.

My experience this morning was great! I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. Special thanks to the thorough inspection performed by Hilton Head Honda’s service team. They discovered that I needed brake fluid, had a nail in my tire, and required a transmission flush. The video provided by the service team showed me everything that I needed to see. Ms. Abby Smith really made my experience a good one. Although no one EVER wants to spend extra money at the dealership, her demeanor and customer care “lightens the blow.” She always explains everything thoroughly; displays exemplary customer service; and makes Hilton Head Honda feel like home and family! She is an amazing asset to the company and is one of the main reasons I choose to return! I am looking forward to my next visit.
