My experience with Auto Nation overall was positive. A small minor bump in the road regarding my paperwork, but overall HANNAH was the star in my car buying experience. Well, next to my new (to me) vehicle purchase that is. She was very straight forward , no nonsense (which I actually appreciated) to the point and thorough. Thank you HANNAH, you should have your managers job soon enough, if you keep up the great customer service you provided to me! * I own a business, and no business deserves 5 stars ever, in my humble opinion. Honestly, because there is always room for improvement somewhere. But if I could give HANNAH 5 stars alone, I would. *

Brian Norris was wonderful to work with for our car purchase and Brian and Travis in Finance were amazing as well. They took the cringe away from the car buying experience by treating me like a person, rather than a number. They worked with me to get the payment I needed and the car that I wanted; I didn’t feel pressured and their process was transparent. My score was not the best in the low 6s and I had a low down payment and they still worked with me; they were honest about what they could work out for financing, they have fantastic vehicles, and great warranties. Buy with them. It felt like I was talking to friends while waiting on my car.

This was by far the best experience buying a car from a dealer. My wife and I met with Brian Norris after getting the process started over the phone and honestly went to simply hear them out. We already knew what we wanted; it was just a matter if they could make it happen. And they did! We drove away with an amazing 2020 Honda Fit. But truly impressed us was the teamwork they displayed as a staff; from both Brians and Travis to not only work on our behalf, but to make us comfortable throughout. We never felt pressured and could easily perceive they wanted to serve our need and create an opportunity for repeat business, which they did. Putting this out there for anyone who is looking for a vehicle that the service you get here is superior to what many offer. Brian Norris was a pleasure to work with and speak with and honestly is a breath of fresh air in an environment that typically saps your energy; he provides it and looks for answers. And I have to say it: No, I’m not getting anything for the review. I just know what this process has been like for my wife and I. If I can shortcut the process for anyone else, hopefully this review just gets you to AutoNation before the headaches.
