Justin Lovell always has my best interests in mind when I have my car serviced at Reineke Honda. This time around I brought my CR-V in to have my tires checked out because I thought something was in one of them because my low tire pressure light came on. He called me and said I had an unrepairable puncture and suggested I replace two of my tires because he recommends putting them on the same axle for even wear. I told him that I would just assume replace all four if I need new tires. He suggested a different brand over the ones my car came with. He told me they were a much better tire and they have a better warranty. I told him to put them on my car. I truly appreciate his recommendations and trust that he will take care of me and my car. I can’t thank him enough for all that he has done to make my service experience as smooth as possible.

Oliva was great and very easy to work with. Even with juggling multiple customers she was able to help us find the right vehicle, give us plenty of time to make a decision, and eventually walk us through the process of buying the vehicle. All of the staff there we interacted with made it a much better experience as well!

Thank you, Reineke Honda Service Department! My 2019 Honda HR-V had an unfortunate incident and needed an emergency repair job until I could get it back home. A little duct tape magic and I felt safe that my car wasn’t a road hazard.

I was greeted with excellent customer service, friendly, and compassionate service staff, and then Rob came over and listened in great detail to my needs to be passed on the team. They even had a loaner car ready for me. Mike did an excellent knowledgeable job of diagnostics and letting me know my options. Rob acted as a liaison to keep me informed and had remembered when I came back to pick up the car. I’ve been coming to this location for 3-4 years and I always always have exceptional service for me and my car! I won’t go anywhere else. Justin does a wonderful job explaining what’s going on, what could go on and what isn’t going on. Very honest people, I tell Justin almost every time “I need new brakes” - just because I’m like that ???? And he always says back “no you don’t, you’re still good!” then informs me of an estimate of when I could actually need new brakes. Top notch service and people in their service department ????
