I have nothing but praise for the entire staff at Patriot. From the beginning I started browsing online with questions. I got a call within fifteen minutes from an actual person that asked real life questions to help guide my experience. We scheduled a time to test drive and figure out what works for me, not what they wanted to pressure me into. When I got there for my appointment, several of the staff came over to talk to me as you would a friend at a cookout. I was impressed with the good natured atmosphere all around. Five minutes behind the wheel with the new boxer engine and the car sells itself, but Jacob made sure I got exactly what I wanted before I was done. With the inventory on hand better than I have seen in years, it made finding the perfect vehicle easy and relaxing. There may be other Subaru dealerships closer to where I live but I cannot speak enough praise for Patriot and will send anyone that will listen on the drive down from Boston. I had been to several dealerships looking for a Subaru outback that met my price range, and specifically was black on black. I actually had given up and went to patriot Subaru to view another outback that they had on their lot upon arriving I was greeted by Marty the salesman and he brought out the outback. I was there to see. The car has some cosmetic issues that I was not into and Marty completely understood. In fact, he even agreed. He then prioritize what my needs were, which were comfort first price second and lastly, for it to be a car, I actually enjoyed driving. After reviewing several vehicles, we couldn’t find anything. That I liked, or liked enough to commit to. Throughout the entire process, Marty was not pushy. In fact, he repeated several times that I should get something I wanted to drive in it was then that Marty was able to find me exactly what I was looking for a black on black Subaru outback that fit my price range, you let me test drive with my wife By ourselves, not pushy, and make sure I understood every feature and gadget the car had before leaving the lot and on top of that he gave me a full tank of gas before leaving.
