I stopped in to look at a truck and a few hours later, they gave me a very good price on my trade in, a great price on a used truck and a fantastic experience. I did a follow up with them a week later and once again, they were amazing: prompt, courteous and professional. I worked with a young lady named Ellery and she was fantastic. We had never heard of 75 N. Auto before. We were up by Flint and happen to stumble across it On the way to look at another dealership. I googled it and based off of reviews and inventory, we decided to check it out. Best decision we made. We called And said we were interested in a specific vehicle the most. 10 minutes later we showed up and the vehicle was pulled up to the building ready to go and our salesman that we ended up working with, Brandon, Met us at the doors with the keys. We test drove, when we got back, we sat down with Brandon To go over everything. He was so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful through the entire process. We had decided on financing through our bank, Brandon worked with us and our bank to make it happen. Our favorite part, After dealing with numerous other dealerships is that we never once felt pressured, or lied to. He was very transparent, and just worked with us on exactly what we wanted to do and get. Got exactly what we asked for out of our trade in. The price on the cars was fair market pricing. Clean, clean vehicle. We will definitely be back when we’re ready to Trade in and look for different vehicle!! 10/10 recommend 75 north & Brandon!

Today we purchased a vehicle at 75North. It was a great experience! First of all, what a huge inventory of great looking vehicles! Our salesperson, Ellery, was kind, helpful, responsive and definitely NOT pushy. So refreshing! Denise in accounting handled the final paperwork and made it smooth and simple. Then, just before leaving in our new Cadillac, the owner, Mike, met us, shook our hands and thanked us for choosing them. 75North really delivered a personal touch, “small business” feel but a large inventory!
