Our salesman Luke was very helpful. A genuinely nice young man. Right away I felt comfortable with him. He was able to address all my questions and concerns. When he wasn’t 100% positive with his answer or didn’t know (he is fairly new to the Lincoln department) he did not hesitate to ask his colleague Vincent. Vincent graciously spent his time answering questions and going over the car features when it wasn’t his sale. I was impressed by their team work. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Service is very important to me and that is why I use Fairway Lincoln. They are definitely a cut above. Tom in the service department along with Kate are really awesome. Tom took care of my service issues and made promises that he kept. I appreciate honesty and I know that I can trust Fairway Lincoln. This is my fourth Lincoln vehicle. I also have to say that Lindsey, who is out on medical leave, has always been phenomenal too.

Fairway Ford Lincoln is a great dealership. I have bought serveral cars from them over the years and had all my service done there. They are great to deal with. And the cost to service both Lincoln and Ford cars is very competitive. I used to own an Audi, and the service for their cars is outrageous. I will only buy American cars in the future.

Got my oil changed here for my Corsair and afterwards I noticed a small scratch on my door handle. Took it back and Joe was very apologetic and understanding. He was able to contact someone to get it fixed in just a couple days and it was of no charge. I also got a loaner car and had a good experience. Great service!
