One of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. Our sales associate, Jose Martinez was fantastic! The sales manager was extremely informative with a great personality and zero high pressure. The delivery associate helped set up everything and explained the vehicle functions in a clear and concise manner. We ended up with exactly the vehicle we wanted and at a fair price. We will definitely contact them when we’re in need of another vehicle.

Let me preface by saying my dealership experiences throughout my life have previously left me wanting nothing to do with them. Well, Tuttle Click has changed that. Usually when you show up at a lot, you’ve got five guys running up to you hounding you and pushing you. That was not my experience here. My wife and I were looking to get into something new so we decided to try out Tuttle click. We showed up on the lot and we were greeted by Tim McCormick a very fun and friendly gentleman. He took us around a lot, showing us all the cool vehicles and all the new trucks and asked us what we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy. It was like we were hanging out with a good friend. He took us out in different trucks and was very knowledgeable about all of them. We decided that we were going to come back a different day and needed to think about it. Tim was very laid-back wasn’t upset that we were leaving and invited us to come back anytime. We also discussed financing with Calvin before we left. Who was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I left there really happy. It didn’t even feel like we were at the dealership, but we were on a date. We decided to come back a few days later and unfortunately Tim was not there however we were greeted by another very friendly gentleman by the name of Reza. Reza was extremely friendly and also very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot. He took us out in another truck and my wife decided this is the one. The application process with seamless. Once we began dealing with the finance team I was a little apprehensive because in the past, this is where I would get pushed to buy more things. Not at Tuttle click. James found me the best rate and I was even shocked. Signing papers with Gianna was a breeze and very refreshing. Every add-on was explained in detail. I was able to make smart decisions on what to buy, and what not. My wife and I left with a brand new truck and for the first time in my car buying history, I felt satisfied like I was heard, and like I made a smart purchase. I will no longer buy vehicles at any other dealership besides Tuttle click. Thank you all for changing my view on dealerships, and making this a very memorable experience for my wife and I!
