I had a great experience with Evan Madert from Ted Britt Ford. He initially reached out over the phone and talked me through all my questions and concerns before I even walked into the dealership. I couldn’t get out there until later but he made sure to keep an open line of communication and checked in with me to make sure I was getting the exact vehicle I wanted. I popped in later that week without an appointment and he was very gracious and accommodating. He made us feel comfortable through the cold weather and there was no pressure through the process. At the end of it we had spent several hours sorting things out and left with what we wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back for the raptor r next year with Evan.

So I'm going to rate this Ford dealership in regards to the purchase of the Blue 2019 Ford Raptor. I give 5 stars for the following reasons. First off the transition time from seeing my dream truck online to buying the truck was quick and painless. Secondly the product is 10/10 nothing wrong with it so far and I got exactly what I wanted for my trade in. Thirdly the salesman Alex Sadchikov was very nice and respectful. He was very accommodating during the whole process and he made the process seem like it was one friend to another, not the typical business salesman that's pushy and cold (Please give this man a raise, he definitely deserves it). I will update my review when I go to the service portion of this dealership, I've been hearing some bad things so we will see. All and all great positive experience I really enjoyed it.
