Our experience with Ross was A+++. From the moment I went on his website and saw a car I was interested in, I contacted Ross and he kept an open line of communication sending me additional pictures showing me other records to back up the vehicle’s good condition. We are in LA and traveled to meet him to test drive the car and the experience was great. He and his father are nice professional people and the purchase process was very smooth and quick, unlike dealerships that take your whole day to purchase a car. If I ever need to purchase another quality used car again, Ross would be first on my list. We haven’t had any issues with our Hyundai. It had low miles, was very clean in and out and only one noticeable scratch.
