Wow! We just bought a used Subaru Outback from this dealer, and the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ever! Our salesman DJ was great: friendly, responsive, no pressure to buy. He did everything he promised us and more! We also worked with the General Manager, William, on the final price out the door: great guy, easy to work with and very willing to help. Then there is Russell, the Business Manager, who did the physical transaction: what a big teddy bear this guy is! Super-friendly and we were checked out in no time. Based on our car buying experience, we could not recommend Nissan of Rocky Mount any more highly!

Had a rough start due to the communication skills exhibited by the associates in the Service department and ended up speaking with the General Manager (service manager unavailable). Once this was worked out, the service and repairs were addressed and the mechanical issues with the vehicle were completed. The service manager unfortunately had to wear multiple hats due to the few associates working in that department being able to assist.
