I have never been to an auto rental place like Auto Rider before. Auto Rider in my opinion beats all auto rental place. It is not like your traditional rental company that make it feel like it is just business. Otto is a very friendly and nice gentleman he made the experience feel like it was not all about business. We had the most amazing experience, I was having a hard time renting a car because I don't use bank cards I use chime. As soon as I called I was told they didn't have any cars at the moment (it was 9:00 in the morning) but that they probably would be getting a couple in and he would call me around 4:00 but by 11:00 I got the call to come pick up the car it was very clean the prices are very reasonable. Overall I would 10 out of 10 recommend. Also when we went to go leave in our personal car we were having problems getting it started and their mechanic came out and helped us figure out what the problem was. Mind you they we're already supposed to be closed an hour before. Thank you so much for going above and beyond Auto Rider!! We will see you again.
