A terrific place. We have used them a handful of times in the past five years for my wife's Audi and my Volvo. In every transaction they have done the job very swiftly, effectively, and inexpensively. The only times in my 77 years on this planet that I have actually felt GOOD about paying for my vehicle's service or repair is when it has been done by Baker's. The contrast between dealing with Baker's versus the knucklehead$ in the dealer$hip $ervice Department$ is like night and day.

I can not say enough good things about Baker's Automotive. I live out of town and on my way to Lancaster I started having car trouble. I asked a local for a recommendation and he told me "hands down, call Tony Baker". It was Good Friday, 45 minutes before they were set to close (for a holiday weekend no less) and they totally took my car, figured out what was wrong, ordered the part, made the repairs and had my car back to me the next afternoon. I am beyond grateful, I was pretty desperate and overwhelmed by the situation and Baker's Automotive offered fabulous customer service, top notch service, and reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Lancaster area (or anyone passing through who finds themselves in need of a great mechanic).
