Moreover, the customer lobby provided a comfortable retreat while I waited, complete with good music and complimentary coffee—a thoughtful touch that made the wait enjoyable. We love the service department the Rep Jose was great, he explained everything to us. He explained the plan Sunbit that was great for us. Our vehicle feels like it's brand new. Ritchie takes good care of us, we trust his expertise. We could have the service done in Tucson, we had it done once, we felt like they didn't really care about customer satisfaction. They just did the oil change, we want the service that Ritchie and the service team provides. They not only do the oil change, they rotate the tires, they check everything brakes etc, he explains everything to us and gives us the price, for great service that Lawley Nissan provides we don't mind driving from Tucson, we love you guys, Thank you for the great service

Great, but dont allow them to do a factory reset if you can help it. My power got cut in half, and now I can open the screen on my stereo.
