Ms. Ivy Colon has been by far the most pleasant person I have worked with in my car search. She was very personable, open and honest, and put no pressure on me in any way through out the process. I know I can go to her for any questions and she would get back to me promptly. The dealership is also very close to me so it made test driving and filling out paperwork convenient. This was my second time working with Ivy to lease a vehicle. She was wonderful. Her kindness and honesty will keep me coming back. Eddie was also wonderful in locating the exact vehicle I wanted. I felt heard and didn’t feel like my concerns and questions were dismissed. Ivy was very attentive and kept me abreast at every step. My only negative comment, that I did want to mention, is how loud it was in the sitting area. The music, tho I enjoyed the choice, was way too loud especially when there were numerous tables filled with people talking. It made it difficult to hear when we were on the phone with the insurance company. Acoustical tiles on the ceiling might help to absorb the loud noise, or lower the volume of the music. Either way, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you.
