Thank you Trent and Brenda for the smooth process on Thursday. I called Monday and was already approved for a vehicle. When I got there I was indecisive because it didn't have certain amenities that I wanted. Found another vehicle that I really liked and the payments were even less!!! Trent was patient with me as I struggled to make a decision and Brenda was amazing and I was only in her office 10 minutes and out the door. It's a great feeling to be in the Jeep family again and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. They are a bit of a drive but the process was nearly painless for me. I feel great about my decision and there was no pressure from the team here, only support and help to find the right vehicle for me!!

Internet sales LJ Keys was very helpful in securing price. We drove 2 hours, got there, and Jonoah helped us out with the same price LJ locked in. Finance was professional and fast. Painless experience compared to other places. Highly recommend them!

Thank you guys . I wanted to say Laura Morales in finance was the best finance manager I have worked with at a dealership. She was professional, honest, and transparent . I felt comfortable the entire time without feeling pressured or taking advantage off . I am out of Houston and took a while to get out of there because the was I was treated I will be back to work with them . I’m glad I made the way out . One other employee to ask for was my sales person LJ . He drove 70 miles to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership . And stayed with me through the whole Process . Ask for him he was very transparent and a really good guy . I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt it was the right thing to do . He should be recognized for his character . You guys have a special person working for you .
