It has been 19 years since we've bought a car! Needless to say we were pretty apprehensive about the process. Joey was our sales person and he was absolutely fantastic! There was no pressure, no pushing. He asked us what we were looking for in a vehicle and he narrowed down the search from there. Tom, the Finance Manager was funny, but cut to the chase. He was honest with us and actually saved us some money! Thanks Tom! Brianna in finance was so nice and patient with us. And a big thanks to AJ, who we were going to meet with but it just didn't work out. He was active through the whole process via text. Had oil all over the door panel and floor mat after having service at Anderson. Received a call from the service department shortly after posting this review. The service department went out of their way to make it right. They came to my home, picked up my truck and detailed it inside and out. Thank you. Your efforts were much appreciated. I was in dire need of a new car and Adrian got me to finally come in and Reese and Chris sealed the deal. Heather in finance was great too.They weren’t pushy, made sure I was comfortable and knew what I was getting into. I love my new upgrade, and I’ll tell anyone to do business here.

My Father and I went in just to see if we were able to trade his car in not getting our hopes up that we’d find anything. We were greeted by Joey and it was 5/5 stars from there. The team at Anderson was absolutely amazing and they did all they could to find us the best deal and get an amazing car. I took my Lincoln in for service today. I was given a new Service Advisor to assist me. Sherie was awesome and also very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with the car. She explained everything they were going to do to test my vehicle. Even when I picked up the car there was a little hiccup. She promptly and professionally ran it back to service and gave it back within a few minutes with the issue resolved. Thanks Sherie. I look forward to seeing you on my next service visit.
