The dealership was very clean. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Nothing felt rushed. The complimentary coffee, cappuccinos, lattes, and water were great too. The showcase of vehicles from inside were very nice and eye-catching. My family and I are very pleased and happy with the way Luis Gutierrez worked with us. We were very particular and just a little difficult to deal with. He stood professional and did not stop until we found the best vehicle for our family (like I quoted, we were very particular, so that was about 5-6 vehicles later). He explained every thing very thoroughly and reassured us that at anytime to contact him if we had any questions. I would highly recommend this Bakersfield Mitsubishi to my family and friends.

My experience with Mitsubishi was so awesome the staff members everybody was great! And the sales person Brianna Gonzalez was so professional. She did everything that made us feel comfortable and showed us the way of how to work everything she was really really awesome.!! the finance person Jackie was so professional and very very friendly made us feel comfortable in our spot.
