Bought BMW X5 from them about 20 days ago , so the sales man Mr. Hernandez was very helpful and through out the process he was above and beyond. Even after taking car home felt there was issue with breaks called them went back service advisor Miss Rachel was also very helpful she took care of the issue right away with out any hesitation. Just purchased two Mini Cooper S Countryman for myself and my wife. I got the Island Blue and my wife the Chili Red. The purchase went smooth. There were no issues with anyone from the salesman, Omar, the manager, Rob, to the finance person, Kal. Prior to us picking up the two Minis, no one pressured us to buy now. They gave us their best deal and stuck to that price. Not once did it go up, except when we added additional coverage. We had previously visited Mini of Morristown, Ramsey and here to see what was on the lot. Than after reading the reviews we picked this location. They did not disappoint. I recommend them. I will update this review after we experience the service department. But after the professionalism of the front end, I doubt service will disappoint either.
