Chris Mendiola is an awesome service advisor. I was very pleased with his commitment to getting my Buick Lacrosse operating efficiently. On the date of purchase, I was guaranteed a car wash after every service with Guam Auto Spot. I rated this visit a 4 due to my vehicle not washed due to shortage of manpower. I was disappointed and found this to be unacceptable.

I bought 2022 Terrain last year, after 6 months my car won't start. I waited 2hours for towing company and dropped the car to auto spot. Found out that the problem is fill pump and they order the parts. After 2 weeks I picked up my car. Last month October 15th I was heading to airport and my car just stopped running in the middle of the road and again it won't start I have to call taxi cause I'm running late for my flight. This time my husband waited 4 hours for the tow truck. It was a nightmare. It was Sunday at 8pm when my husband dropped the car at auto spot parking lot. The next day my husband called to find out what's wrong with the car Same issue fill pump. So it's been 3weeks now so I called to follow up. My service advisor said they received the parts but mechanics is out sick. Very bad service called several times no one returning my call. Never recommended this place and don't buy the Terrain. I wonder when do I get my car back. Spent 50k for brand new car and this is what I get. I'm so upset and disappointed.
