I recently purchased a 2021 Challenger Scar Pack from Santana auto. I live 3 hours away. Told Al, I was interested in the vehicle but couldn’t make it over to see it until the following week. He held it for me on only my word that I was interested. Went and looked at it, drove it and fell in love with the car. The expertise and craftsmanship to build this custom vehicle is amazing. And I owned an auto detail shop in California for 29 years so I know cars. This car is better than new. But the entire purchase was seamless and very simple thanks to Al. When I initially reached out to inquire about one of their listings, they were quick to answer. I was not local to the area, but turned out I was going to be close to the location that weekend. However, we could only make it on a Sunday, when the dealer was closed. Al was courteous enough to arrange for us to see the car on a Sunday. We only wanted to see the car and test drive it, but to our surprise we took the car home that same day. We worked together and were able to hit the price we wanted and the monthly payment we felt comfortable with. We found some things that needed changing or to be fixed and Al took care of all these. Since we were in a rush driving back home that day and decided to take the car on the spot, Al bought the parts and had them shipped to our home. Overall, we were able to take home a dream car for us, at little haggle and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend Al, as he’s extremely professional, experienced, straight forward, and proactive handling his business.
