We had the pleasure of working with Alfredo and Khoa today to take home a new-to-me vehicle. Khoa coordinated our appointment and when we accidentally showed up at their secondary lot, Alfredo came over to assist us. As soon as we got into the car, we all noticed the brakes needed some work and Alfredo was honest enough to be the first person to mention it, which I'm not used to with a car dealership. He worked hard to get us a reasonable rate for financing and made sure to include a warranty that would cover the replacement of the hybrid battery (my biggest concern).
