This is the best Service Department I have experienced in 46 of driving! These guys look out for me. Kelly, my service advisor, is elite! John, the service manager, always works with me and makes sure I'm satisfied. The technicians, especially Richard, are very engaging. Eddie, Kyle, Niko and the others in the check-in treat me very well. I sometimes wonder if everyone in the department believes I'm royalty ???? ??

Had to take my car into Bridgewater Acura when my Battery failed on Saturday afternoon just before closing and the car had to be jump started / towed in. I am glad to have taken it there (my first time at this dealer for service), as they were very helpful. They agreed to look into it, offered a loaner (as the car likely won't be ready until Monday at the earliest), and promptly took care of the issues (both the battery and the wireless charging pad, that was a separate, lingering issue). My special thanks to Ms. Kelly Vasquez, Service Agent as well as the Service Technician (s) who worked on the car. They were professional, prompt, attentive and helpful in answering questions. I certainly recommend this dealer for the excellent service. Plan to be back for any further service (and future car needs as well).
