I was able to get a loaner car when I dropped off my 2022 Jag XF for annual servicing. The turnaround was quick and I was able to pick up my car the following day. Five stars for Jaguar Woodland Hills Service Department. The repairs on my car turned out to be a much more arduous undertaking than I could’ve ever imagined. Mark Shuler, my service advisor kept me updated on what was going on with my car step by step even when all he had to tell me was, “We are at a loss but won’t give up until we figure it out.” He was professional, honest and in the end made sure that my experience ended on a great note. My car is running like it’s brand new. Special shout out to the mechanics who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
