I needed a car after an accident. I remembered that my aunt purchased a car at B.I. and got a great SUV that was affordable for her. I stopped in and Joe was able to offer me a great deal. Haven’t done with buying a car from them yet but just need to write a quick review for these guy at BIAuto , Joe and Bobbie always a grateful man , they both work so hard on my finance situation case and never give up to try to kick me in at the better finance rate. Overall from now I will give them 10 star+++ and would recommend everybody if you think to purchase the quality car . Sofa I’m still waiting for bank approval hopefully pretty soon I will going to see these guy and go back home with the beautiful car.

Fourth vehicle purchase from the guys at BI! As always the process is simple and pleasurable! They have always gone above and beyond and worked overtime to get me into the vehicle I want at a great price! If I could give them more stars I would. First let me start by saying they made the sale of my truck super easy. Zero pressure. They offered me 2 warranty's, on a used car. Something the name brand dealerships wouldn't even consider. One was with them, 90 days. (NY Lemon law is 30 days). They were so sure in their cars, they gave you an additional 60. PLUS a 3 yr 36,000 mile. So moving on to what truly made this place wonderful. After looking for months for a car after my husband was in an accident, we quickly realized they extra high cost of used and new cars. This place is pretty close to my job, I have driven by for years, so we decided, why not? Just by luck they happened to have not only the exact truck I wanted, but it was pristine AND selling under the market value! We purchased the truck very excited to be able to take road trips. Well, we did a few, and on our 3rd road trip we decided to drive to NC. Unfortunately, through no fault of anyone but a worn out part, we broke down on the side of the road in the middle of no-where. Keep in mind we are almost out of the 90 days. Not knowing what to do, we called them asking for roadside help. They not only helped us right away, but even followed up. Being that we were in NC, every mechanic was closed for the weekend (even FORD). The part that was bad on the car, which was covered under warranty, would take 2 weeks to get in and be fixed. The roadside they gave us included the tow and the rental car home, which saved us $380. BI Auto worked very closely with FORD to locate the item and ensure it was installed. Upon arriving back in NC two weeks later, I picked up my car and drove home (We are out of the 90 days at this point). The next morning, I started my car with smoke pouring out of the back, in a total panic, I called BI. They questioned absolutely nothing, they sent a tow truck right away to look at the car. Turns out FORD over filled my oil and the smoke was the extra oil burning. They kept the car for a day, drove it around to ensure it was safe for me and my kids and dropped the car back off. Anyone can sell you a car. But to give this kind of service 3 months AFTER is absolutely unheard of. I can not say enough great things about these guys. Truly grateful for everything they have done. My truck by the way is running like it is brand new. So not only did I buy the truck I wanted - below the price on the market, I had them in my corner when it really counted. Thanks again guys for everything! I will most certainly be back to buy my next car.
