Theo Herr was great. He was professional, friendly and quick. I was prepared to be there for several hours, I even brought a snack with me :), but didn’t need it. He checked in with us a few days after the purchase and was able to continue helping us. He response to questions quickly even after you have gone. I consider that amazing service. So thank you Theo. I am very pleased with the service that this dealership provided to me. Sales Consultant Steve Whaley was very quick with their final price. Very nice approach, without pushing and forcing me to try something that I did not want. He answered all my questions promptly and with full respect. Finance Manager Mike Anderson was also quick with paperwork, and offered a few additional warranty packages. Everyone who was in process of buying a car knows that it can be a very long and stressful process. My experience was totally opposite. I tried the car on Thursday afternoon, received the offer in the email, exchanged few additional emails and went to the dealership on Friday to close the deal. The whole process on Friday took about 1 hour ad 10 minutes. Kudos for the whole team, especially to Steve and Mike!

It was a great transaction from beginning to end. My sales consultant, Kevin Frazier, was just great. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The pricing was fair. They were willing to work with me and absolutely no pressure. The manager, Michael Vega, stopped by to introduce himself and I appreciated that.
