Where do I start? Let's just say attitude reflects leadership and the bar is set very high by Raymond the Sales Manager who respond to my email at 10pm while I was shopping for cars. Who then gave me the best Salesman ever. Adam my man 100 grand! Hands down the best around. My son purchased his first car. Adam listened to exactly what he wanted and executed the mission. It wasn't just the no hassle; it was the personal talk he gave my son about life and how you stay in the 3 %er frame. If you're looking to buy a car run down to see Adam. Oh, and make sure you clean up the coffee on his desk!

I had some good and bad experiences at Acura. The Sales team was good, but I had issues with finance team and their explanation of the coverage packages after purchasing. Unfortunately it ended up being costly for me. The manager did speak to me in a nice and professional way about it. But my feedback would be to for Finance to be fully transparent with the customer when selling coverage packages so that there are no surprises for the customer afterwards.
