This was one of the best and smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I met with Roger Klein who was very attentive and understanding of what I was looking for. He walked me through the process and listened attentively as I explained what I was expressly looking for. I met with Yvonne the internet Manager who was very helpful about the financial aspect of the purchase, after the purchase was completed Roger wanted to make sure that I had the opportunity to meet with Yvonne again so that she could congratulate me on my purchase. My experience with Moe Kesodia the Finance Manager was the best I have ever had, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to negotiate a better deal than what I originally thought. The entire team made me feel as if I was family, they all were honest and above board and went above and beyond my expectations. We found ourselves in dire need of a vehicle after our brakes went out and the car was deemed non repairable. My husband called and spoke with the most amazing lady that helped us above and beyond to get us into a new vehicle. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions and made the entire process from beginning to end amazingly stress free. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle you have to see Ms. JANET MOORE ! They even had Kevin come out to pick me up from work that extremely polite and even walked over to check on me while waiting to complete the process and the financing Mgr was superb ???? We will most certainly be coming back in the future and referred several others to AutoNation Lewisville!

Went to do my oil change for my car and it was a good experience and it took an hour with a scheduled appointment. Service was good and well informed and informative. Good Honda service locations.
