Let me start by saying TOP NOTCH all the way!!! From the top to the bottom TOP TIER customer service! IRA CLARK was my salesman & he was knowledgeable, helpful, kind & totally honest. He never gave up on our deal & followed through with all he said. EDGAR in finance continued working the deal until we were able to finally settle on the BEST deal for me. When it came time to sign the papers CHRISTIAN helped get everything wrapped up in no time at all. Super personable & explained everything with ease. Honorable mention to the man in service/maint that came over & helped us get a custom of coffee (it was not a normal set up lol) THANK YOU to the ENTIRE team at Covert Bee Caves. My wife and I recently drove up from San Antonio and bought a used 2019 Ford Expedition Limited at Covert Cadillac. Our salesman was Anthony Trujillo. He provided very good customer service and was a pleasure to work with. For being new to the company and new to the industry, he was very knowledgeable and met our needs. I would recommend asking for him if you are looking to buy. Management and finance were also a pleasure to work with. High marks for Covert Cadillac!
