Jeff Bird looked after my service experience and over the week helped to order parts and get my car repaired and back on road for lengthy drive home. I needed a new vehicle so figured I would start with Joe Feinberg since I purchased my mustang from him last year. He was very patient showing me so many vehicles. What I was most impressed about is that he remembered exactly my likes and dislikes of vehicles from a year ago. Well of course he found my perfect 2nd car, Lincoln Corsair. He had patience and took the time I needed to make a decision since I had no clue which car I wanted.
