I love my new car and they worked with me on my payments so it would be easier on me. Bob at the Cartersville location is really great and understanding. There were some minor cosmetic things that needed replaced and Riley at their shop in white was awesome to get it fixed.

They’re treated me welll… no complaints.. interest rates a little high if you opt for in house financing… but roughly 36 month term is pretty cool.

I've read so many horrible reviews.... However I totalled my car and was in such a bind. I went and spoke with Bob and this guy did EVERYTHING to make me feel better about the whole situation. He showed me a few vehicles and was 100% honest with every one I tested. We finally chose a vehicle and he took care of everyone of my concerns before leaving. As far as the office staff, they were just as kind and pleasant as Bob. Don't believe everything you read! Some people just cannot be satisfied. As for me and my family.... We will always stand behind the people who helped us in a time of need. Thank you Bob!!!

My family has bought vehicles from Bob and the white location, they are all super friendly and make the stress of buying a car quick and easy. Bob makes you feel right at home . Some of the cleanest cars I vehicles seen at a buy here pay here lot. In total my family has bought 5 cars from Roswell and not had any problems at all, only thing we have had to do to any of them is change the oil every 3000 miles . And we take them to the white service center to do that, hands down best place in Bartow or Gordon County to get a car at. They have 5 or 6 different locations and a huge selection of nice cars and trucks to choose from. Def. Would recommend them to anyone needing a car.

The staff is amazing! They made the process of buying a new-to-me vehicle so easy. I highly recommend using these folks!
