Prior to coming to Robert Basil, I went to a different dealership; and I had probably the worst experience ever. I went into Basil preparing for the worst but I still had my hopes up for a better experience. Along came Nick, one of the salesmen. Nick was extremely polite and caring, he wasn't pushy at all like most salesmen are. Nick was very knowledgeable about the vehicles at the dealer, and he worked with me to find the best fit for my needs. He did everything he could to make sure I was satisfied and happy, it felt like he wasn't in it for the sale, he was more worried about me being satisfied; which in key. Nick worked very hard and diligently for 4 whole hours, I felt like I was being a pain, but it did not bother him one bit, he was excited to show me many different cars and willing to go great lengths just to satisfy my needs. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better salesmen, I will definitely be returning in the future. I would also like to include that not only that the salesman I dealt with was wonderful, but everyone in the dealership was very kind and welcoming. Staff was actually smiling and seemed happy to be there, plenty of dealerships that I have been to everyone just seems so miserable and they just want to make quick sales and get it over with, but not here, usually i feel nervous walking into a dealership but this dealership actually made me feel welcomed

Thank you Nate so much for making my car buying experience as smooth and easy as possible. I totaled out a vehicle that I had just paid off and was devastated I had to buy another one. Nate listened and communicated with me and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a vehicle. I was able to look at a vehicle and purchase it that day! I ended up with a much nicer newer and cost effective vehicle. I’m so glad I had a bad experience somewhere else and ended up here! The financial team is amazing as well. They really care about their customers and get them the best rates and deals. I really appreciate the space in your waiting area. It’s great for anyone who needs to get some work done while waiting. I also appreciate your customer beverage station that was a super nice touch!

Excellent experience! Having been in the car business for over 20 years I will say these folks know how to do it! Jeff gave us a fair trade value and Cory made the deal very good. Rachael was excellent in her delivery of our new Yukon. The F&I was good as well. Great overall performance from a quality dealership!

Great experience and even better pricing. From finish to end it was an extremely easy process working with Robert Basil Buick GMC. Kelcey was great to work with. He was informative, honest and helped to answer any questions that I had. Brian was quick and efficient with all of the necessary paperwork. He had me out the door in about 30 minutes on the day I picked up the car. The detail shop deserves to be recognized as well as they did an incredible job. Overall great experience and would recommend. 5 Stars!
