Service shop stop after having a flatbed installed. Flatbed made turn signals hyperflash, re-programming was necessary. Done ahead of schedule, flexible on dropoff and pickup, and excellent communication.

I have A LOT of experience working with dealerships, of which most my experiences have been good. But, out of all my encounters with buying vehicles at numerous dealerships around the Twin Cities, Miller Chevrolet of Rogers stands out as the BEST. The sales person I worked with (Josh Lindfors) was knowledgeable and accommodating on the new Silverado I purchased. The two other employees I worked with (Steve Begin & Ryan Thiebault) were also great. At no time did I feel like I was being pressured into something I didn't need or that my time was being wasted. They all had a great persona that made me feel like a valued customer. The show room floor also had a very warm, inviting feel that I have not seen in any other dealership. As for pricing of my new truck, there were other dealerships that I contacted that were not at all interested in matching Miller's pricing/discounts. Thank you for the great experience and I look forward to doing business with Miller again in the future.

I’ve bought two trucks from Miller since 2018. These guys are great. Make the buying process easy and don’t shove product down your throat. Won’t buy a truck from any other dealership. Ryan did a phenomenal job.

Charlie was amazing helping me out trying to find my dream truck. I am now a proud owner of a ZR2 Chevy Colorado. I had to wait 4-ish months for it to arrive from the factory but Charlie kept me up-to-date on everything and was very helpful and encouraging throughout the process. Also shout-out to Ryan T for helping me find the best financing rates I qualified for. He also asked but didn't forcefully try to "up sale" on accessories which was very appreciated, unlike nightmare situations I've had at other dealerships trying to sneak things in.

Thank you to Mike Osberg. My Dad finally has the truck of his dreams. Giving us all the options we requested for. Making sure it was the right truck for my Dad. Finance was smooth. The only thing I have a complaint about was how the tech who did our soundshield undercoating. How he didn't take our concern of "touching up some areas" into consideration. We had it brought back in because there were ALOT of untouched areas, but for him to say... It's not gonna be perfect and we can't expect him to touch up all areas and etc. Etc. My Dad and I are paying $2k for this undercoat and would have expected the tech to do a better job in the first place, hence that is the reason why it came back in, because my Dad was unsatisfied with the work. Otherwise, he did take care of the issues presented.
