I had gone to 3 dealerships before I came to Big Tex. All were slick, fast-talking deal makers who gave the impression that I was just a number. Then my cousin told me about Big Tex. She had mentioned them before but I'd just brushed her off. Why I did that, I don't know. I wasted so much time with other half-truth telling dealerships. When I arrived, all jaded and just plain 'ol tired, I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism, I had to look around a couple of times to be sure it was really a dealership. Alberto Larusso was an absolute God-send. He sat down with me, looked me in the eyes (not his computer), spoke in calm, kind tones, asked me about me, my needs and what I was looking for. He said he wouldn't make any promises but he would see what they could do. Wow...truth telling, at a dealership? Unheard of. ????. Alberto went out of his way to make me feel appreciated and cared for, even though my down payment was less than impressive, even to me. Samantha took the reins after my time with Alberto and I couldn't have been a happier shopper. She was very sweet and funny & patient. If you need a car/SUV/truck. GO TO BIG TEX!! You'll leave feeling thankful, not only for an exceptional vehicle for the price but for the reminder that people are what matters most. I know I did.????

Walking into Big Tex Auto Mart made me and my husband feel welcome .I was glad to know they had Sandra Alvarez there who is bilingual she was able to explain everything in Spanish for my husband. His English is not very good but she explain everything step by step and helped us making sure we understood everything and she stay with us during the process. We were very happy she was there because we understood everything and we definitely recommend Big Tex Mart and ask for Sandra Alvarez she is a big help and makes sure you walk out of there completely satisfied.
