I highly recommend Beadle Ford in Bowdle SD. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Stopped there on my way back home about a new noise I was hearing. Mechanic quickly looked at it and told me it needed a new clutch fan. The dealership said they would order the parts for me or I could have it done at home. After calling Pierson Ford in Aberdeen SD and telling them I needed a clutch fan put in they told me they would run their own diagnostics for additional $149 even though I had already been told by a Ford dealer what it needed. Told Piersons they have lost me as a customer. Very happy I went to Beadle Ford.

I cannot say enough superb things about the crew at Beadle Ford! I was visiting from out of state (Nashville, TN) and my new Jeep Renegade became no longer drivable. I was in a predicament being that I was 2,000 miles from home and my hometown dealership. Upon arrival via towing Shane and his guys in the service department were beyond accommodating. Understanding of my situation, knowing I needed to leave South Dakota in three days. They diagnosed the issue and immediately began trying to solve the issues as much as they were able. Fast forward to three weeks later (by no fault of the service departments--2,700 backorders on this specific part) Shane and his crew had repaired my vehicle. During the process Shane kept me well updated and well informed on the status of my vehicles repair. I never once worried about my vehicle being out of my hands because these folks had taken such good care of me. I am forever grateful for Shane and the crew at Beadle and would recommend them to ANYONE who is looking for vehicle servicing.

Beadle Ford helped us in a very friendly and professional way. Fair prices on vehicles and great service after the sale. They go beyond what I expected. Not common these days. Worth the trip for good service.
