Let me tell yall a lil somethin', for the first time ever buying from a dealership, this car buying deal was a legit and quick process. With what mileage this previously owned vehicle had, I thought, might not make it all its cut out to be, boy oh boy was i wrong, this vehicle is very well taken care of, no stains of any sort, no ugly distinguishing marks anywhere, so as Keith had said, yes it was in pristine shape. I arrived into town from the DFW area for an extended stay Friday-Wednesday and my oil change light came on. I took my 2017 Maxima to Nissan of Midland to have my oil change and asked them to check my brakes and rotors (they were not very busy unlike Nissan of Grapevine). They came back and quoted me a price for the brake service and said that they could do it that day…..and the quote was literally half the price in which I was quoted by a trusted independent mechanic. They completed the oil change, engine filter change and brakes, I applied my oil and brake service coupons and left quite pleased with the total cost. I met some very friendly sales and service associates while I waited. Excellent customer experience! Helen Ratliff

In a first come first served system I was fifth in line at five minutes till opening. However, while I had prepared snacks while I worked in the lounge I was surprised to have ample room with others waiting. A good supply of treats and warm beverages to select. And all members were supporting each other. Older members verified my concerns while newer members were learning how to confirm my inquiries.
