The website stated that the vehicle that I wanted was actually on East State. But it wasn’t it at the Auto Mall. That is how I met James. James was very new but was very personable. Anything that he wasn’t aware of he would find someone who could answer the question. The only thing that would have made this transaction better would have been if they had not tried to upsell the items that I didn’t need. That is no reflection on James’s performance.
