Where do I start? Let's just say attitude reflects leadership and the bar is set very high by Raymond the Sales Manager who respond to my email at 10pm while I was shopping for cars. Who then gave me the best Salesman ever. Adam my man 100 grand! Hands down the best around. My son purchased his first car. Adam listened to exactly what he wanted and executed the mission. My car buying experience at AutoNation Acura was absolutely fantastic! I had some good and bad experiences at Acura. The Sales team was good, but I had issues with finance team and their explanation of the coverage packages after purchasing. Unfortunately it ended up being costly for me. The manager did speak to me in a nice and professional way about it. But my feedback would be to for Finance to be fully transparent with the customer when selling coverage packages so that there are no surprises for the customer afterwards.
